Pricing that scales

Getting started with Infura is simple. Sign up for a free account on our dashboard, choose the plan that best fits your needs, and start integrating our APIs into your blockchain projects immediately.

• Enterprise Plan: If you require key benefits such as 24/7 engineering support, a dedicated account team, committed SLAs, or plan to use a substantial amount of resources (e.g., more than 75 million credits per day or custom throughput limits), then the Enterprise plan is your best option. This plan is tailored to meet the needs of large-scale projects and enterprises with extensive API usage.

• Team Plan: For teams expecting to use up to 75 million credits per day, the Team plan offers robust features and higher throughput (up to 40,000 credits per second). It’s ideal for growing projects that need reliable performance and additional support.

• Developer Plan: If you anticipate using up to 15 million credits per day, the Developer plan is a great choice. It provides solid performance and is designed for developers or small teams that need more capacity than the Free plan offers.

• Free Plan: If you're just getting started or working on smaller projects, the Free plan is a perfect entry point. It includes 6 million credits per day with a throughput limit of 2,000 credits per second, giving you access to the full suite of Infura APIs and access to all available blockchain networks to kickstart your development.

Credits are a new way Infura measures and charges for API usage. Each API request consumes a certain number of credits based on its computational complexity. Learn more about how credits work on our credits overview docs page, credit cost table for breakdown of each method, and support article.

Under the credit-based model, each API request is assigned a specific credit value reflecting its computational cost. This allows for more granular pricing compared to the traditional request-based model, ensuring fairer billing based on actual resource usage. The requests model is still available for Enterprise plans. This docs page has a full breakdown of the credit cost table.

You can monitor your credit usage through the Infura dashboard. Set up custom alerts to notify you when you're approaching your credit limit to avoid unexpected charges. Detailed usage reports are also available to help you manage your resources.

If you exceed your credit quota, you will receive notifications and may encounter rate limits. Paid plans have options to purchase additional credits. You can always upgrade your plan will to ensure continuous service.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the Infura dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades are processed at the end of your current billing cycle.

When Infura updated to Credits-based monitoring, we grouped the Growth and Custom plans into an Enterprise plan with more granular management from our customer success team. Growth plans prior to the launch should still have the same costs and option to maintain a requests-based plan.
